The Newfoundland and Labrador legislature won’t be sitting this week as many MHAs head back to their districts for a constituency week.
The House adjourned last week amid ongoing debate around the rising cost of living and an alleged report into allegations of bullying and harassment at Elections NL.
The House will resume its normal proceedings next Monday, the final scheduled week before adjourning for the summer.
However, the PCs have vowed to block that from happening if government does not introduce measures to address the cost of living.
