For the first time in three years, Memorial University is holding spring convocation ceremonies in St. John’s beginning Monday.
The university says about 2,700 students will be graduating this spring at ceremonies in both St. John’s and Corner Brook. As well, several honourary degrees will also be awarded.
MUN is also giving students who missed their convocations over the last two years due to pandemic restrictions the opportunity to attend graduation ceremonies.
All events in Corner Brook have already taken place, while the St. John’s convocations for new grads will be taking place this week, and ceremonies for grads whose ceremonies were postponed are taking place June 21 and 22.
