The City of St. John’s is marking the June Holiday today.
Most municipal offices and recreational facilities are closed.
However, the Robin Hood Bay landfill is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for commercial use only, with residential garbage and recycling pickup going ahead as scheduled.
All parking regulations will still be enforced.
The Visitor Information Centre is open, as are public washrooms at Bannerman Park, Bowring Park, Kenmount Park and Quidi Vidi Lake.
Meanwhile, the weekly St. John’s public council meeting has been moved to Tuesday.
