Human resources challenges have once again forced the closure of emergency services at the Dr. William H. Newhook Health Centre in Whitbourne.
The temporary closure begins at 4 p.m. today and will not reopen until July 11 at 8 a.m.
Patients who require emergency assistance should call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department in Carbonear, Placentia or St. John’s.
