A man who was pulled over by the RNC on suspicion of drunk driving chose instead to become confrontational.
The incident unfolded in metro just before 8:00 Sunday morning.
The 47-year-old now faces charges of assaulting a police officer and resisting arrest. He was released to appear in court later.
