A 43-year-old man is facing charges after being seen riding a stolen bicycle.

Around 4:00 p.m. yesterday, a stolen bicycle was seen in the Octagon Pond area of Paradise. Police arrived a short time later and found a man riding it on the CBS highway.

The bike, which is valued at more than $3,000, was recovered and the man was charged with possession of stolen property and breach of a release order.

The man was held for court.
