670 kids from across the province will have a new backpack filled with supplies for the upcoming school year thanks to the Single Parent Association.

The association collected over 22,000 school supplies during a month long fundraising campaign that included the VOCM Block the Bus event.

There was not only success in collecting supplies, as there was also a large number of monetary donations.

SPANL is thanking everyone for their help in supporting children in need as they head into the new school year.
