Maple the moose calf is now available for public viewing at Salmonier Nature Park.
The young ungulate was orphaned and brought to Salmonier at a young age. He immediately caught the public’s attention and a contest was held to give him a name.
The moose calf is now available for the public to see in his main enclosure.
The Salmonier Nature Park is open seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from now until Thanksgiving Day.
We’re very excited to let everyone know that Maple the Moose is now available for public viewing in his main enclosure at #SalmonierNaturePark. #GovNL @dcja_nl https://t.co/zZOCSB3KXy pic.twitter.com/asKCSAQKKD
