Metro police stopped an all terrain vehicle on a roadway on Paradise last night and arrested the operator for drunk driving.

The 32-year-old was pulled over just before midnight. RNC say he was driving a side-by-side and failed the breathalyzer.

Police took his driver’s license and impounded the ATV.
