The RNC says the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office has ruled the death of a 25-year-old man in Sebastian Court on the weekend as a homicide.

It’s the fourth homicide in the province so far this year.

RNC were called to the residential area around 1:30 Sunday morning to find an injured man lying on the ground. The man was pronounced dead in hospital.

No arrests have yet been made. Police are seeking information including possible witness accounts, and video footage from the area surrounding Sebastian Court between midnight and 2:00 a.m. on Sunday April 30.
