The public is being invited on board the French naval ship the PSP Fulmar docked in St. John’s Harbour.
The ship has just wrapped up rescue training with the help of the 103 Search and Rescue Squadron out of Gander and will be docked in St. John’s until Wednesday before heading back to her base in St. Pierre.
Commanding Officer Lieutenant Alain-Marie Tertrais is encouraging the public to visit the ship and speak with their crew, all of whom are from mainland France.
The ship will be open to guided tours between 10:00 a.m. and noon today.
