Police have laid a charge in connection with a recent case of graffiti in the capital city’s downtown.

An 18-year-old man from Portugal Cove-St. Philips is charged with mischief after police received a complaint that someone was spray-painting private property in the downtown.

The accused is schedule to appear in court at a later date.
