The rain held off and the 95th annual Tely 10 road race went off without a hitch this morning.
Hundreds of participants lined up at the starting line on Topsail Road in Paradise to make the 16 km trek to the finish line at Bannerman Park.
Noah Defreyne was the first to cross the finish line at a time of 53:40, while reigning champion Kate Bazeley was right behind, clocking in at 54:55 for the women’s championship.
