The capital city is investigating after a huge portion of the capital city’s west end suddenly lost water pressure this morning.
Calls started coming in to the VOCM Newsroom around 10:30 this morning.
Affected areas range from Cowan Heights to Bowering Park, Sesame Park and as far as the Leslie Street area.
One caller in the Shaw Street area told VOCM News they were taking a shower when the water suddenly stopped.
The city says more information will be provided as soon as the cause is determined.
We are aware of a water outage in the west end. Staff are investigating, and a further announcement will be made shortly.
