Tourism Elliston has announced details on its upcoming Roots, Rants and Roars festival.
The annual culinary festival celebrates the province’s culture through food, music and storytelling.
Among the chefs coming to the province this month are Duff Goldman of the Food Network, and Shawn Dawson of Barking Kettle who will forage many of the ingredients used in this year’s offerings.
A wide range of local chefs will also join the lineup, along with musicians The Navigators, The Andrew Smith Band, Bare Mountain and Rum Ragged.
The festival runs September 15-16 in Elliston on the Bonavista Peninsula.
