The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary are searching for a missing man from the Goulds.
31-year-old Joe Whelan was last seen in the area of Windmere Road yesterday.
He’s described as being about five feet nine inches tall, and 240 pounds. He has black hair, a black beard, and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing grey shorts, a dark grey t-shirt and black sneakers.
