Wet weather in the forecast won’t put a damper on 50th anniversary celebrations in the town of CBS.
The town has a full day of free activities and entertainment planned. While celebrations were initially scheduled for Sergeant Ned Nugent Field, today’s weather has moved those activities indoors to the Robert French Memorial Stadium on Legion Road.
The official birthday ceremony is this morning at 11:00 followed by a full day of activities and events.
