A man whose indebtedness to the Crown now tops $40,000 was nabbed again by the RNC late last night in St. John’s.

The 40-year-old was stopped on Freshwater Road operating a vehicle with no insurance and a suspended driver’s licence. His vehicle had expired tags and he had failed to notify Motor Vehicle of transfer of ownership.

The vehicle was impounded and the man was released to appear later.
