A community on the north coast of Labrador has been pounded by snow over the past week.
Makkovik has received a cumulative 151 centimetres since last Monday, according to measurements at the airport.
Environment Canada Meteorologist Rodney Barney tweeted out the figures over the weekend. Over 50 centimetres fell on Friday, with 31 coming down on Saturday.
The town finally had a break yesterday, with no snow falling.
