The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary have a man on their wanted list and are looking for the public’s help in locating him.
Thirty-four-year-old Stephen Cecil Miller is unlawfully-at-large and is believed to be somewhere on the Northeast Avalon.
He’s described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 210 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Anyone with information on Miller’s whereabouts is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
