The RNC is seeking the public’s help locating a missing teenager in St. John’s.
Fourteen-year-old Payton Kirkpatrick was last seen in the area of McLoughlan Street around 1:30 this morning.
She’s described as having blonde hair, and was wearing plaid pajamas, a black jacket, black boots, and was carrying a black backpack at the time.
