A tractor-trailer has been removed from the westbound lane of Trans Canada Highway just east of Clarenville, near Deep Bight .
RCMP put out a notification just before 7 a.m. that the rig was blocking the roadway making it impassable.
The highway re-opened just before 9 a.m.
