The Bowring Park Foundation is seeking to lease the historic Bungalow in the park.
The scenic venue, located in the heart of the park, has previously been available to rent for things such as weddings and corporate events.
Now, the foundation has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for the Bungalow to be leased. adding they will entertain ideas for everything from a restaurant or catering service to office space.
The deadline to submit proposals for the RFP is April 4th.
