The provincial government and NLTA have declared this week as Education Week in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The week will recognize all aspects of the education system including students and teachers in the school community.
This year’s theme is “planting positivity” with a focus on positive learning and teaching environment in K-12 classrooms.
Education week runs until Friday.
