A 40-year-old man was arrested on the weekend in central Newfoundland after police seized a quantity of cash and contraband.
A routine traffic stop in Grand Falls-Windsor Sunday night yielded about 350 cartons of cigarettes, some money, and items consistent with trafficking. The vehicle was also seized.
Martin Racine faces numerous conditions including failing to comply with a release order.
