Those who receive the provincial child benefit will see an increase in benefits starting today.

Eligible families with children aged one to five will also receive an additional $150 dollars a month through the Prenatal-Early Childhood Nutrition Supplement.

The benefit used to cut off once a child turned one.

Today’s payment will include a retroactive amount for January and February.
