Santa Claus is coming to town. The annual parade in downtown St. John’s is a go.
The event was originally scheduled for last weekend, but was postponed due to weather.
Shuttles will begin transporting people to the parade route at 10 a.m. One shuttle will go from Confederation Building to Bannerman Park, while the other will go from the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing building on Columbus Drive to Mary Browns Centre.
The Parade begins at noon.
It will be a busy afternoon in the area. Happening simultaneously with the parade will be the Grand Slam of Curling at Mary Browns Centre.
