RCMP confirm the death of a 58-year-old man as the result of a workplace incident at the Northern Harvest Smolt facility in Stephenville last week.

RCMP were called to the scene around 10:30 last Monday.

The investigation continues in conjunction with the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office.
