A tractor-trailer went off the road just outside St. John’s this morning, tying up traffic for a time.
The rig left a snow-covered TCH near Butter Pot Park, crashing into the bushes and coming to rest entirely off the roadway.
The highway has since partially reopened, but as the rig is being removed, there are intermittent delays.
