High winds and heavy drifting were hampering snow-clearing efforts in many areas this morning.
This morning’s storm was the first true test of snow-clearing efforts in the capital city so far this year.
Mayor Danny Breen says they’ve done their best to open up the major arteries and roads, but drifting has proven a challenge.
Hebron Way was closed because of the drifting and whiteout conditions in the area.
