RNC in Labrador have charged a man with attempted murder following a violent altercation in Lab City on the weekend.
Officers were called to reports of an altercation in the area of Cavendish Crescent around 7:30 Saturday night.
A 67-year-old man, who was found nearby after a lengthy search, was rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
RNC say Adrian Radulescu, who was visiting Labrador West from Alberta, was located outside Baie Comeau Sunday morning by members of the Sûreté du Québec.
The 35-year-old accused and the victim are known to one another. Radulescu appeared in Wabush court yesterday on one count of attempted murder.
