Inspection work continues at the Newfoundland Transshipment facility at Whiffen Head in Placentia Bay after a tanker caused damage to the wharf on January 22nd.
The company provided an update this week indicating that repair planning is underway.
The company says inspections on the second wharf are complete and they are satisfied that it is safe to resume operations using that wharf.
The company is bringing in a second-leg tanker to prepare to offload product from the tank farm.
Newfoundland Transshipment is monitoring the situation as start-up resumes.
