Marystown native Kaetlyn Osmond has been named to Skate Canada’s 2025 Hall of Fame.
The three-time Olympic medalist and two-time world championship medalist joins a list of notable Canadian skaters, most of whom are household names.
In 2018, Osmond landed on the podium at every event she competed in, including earning gold and silver medals at the winter Olympics. Her 2018 World Championships gold medal was the first for Canada since Karen Magnussen won the honour in 1973.
Osmond joins Patrick Chan, Megan Duhamel and Eric Radford, Lyndon Johnston, Dr. Jane Morgan, Cynthia and Jan Ullmark, and Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir in the class of 2025 Skate Canada Hall of Fame.
