It took some legwork—literally—but the RNC have arrested two people who like leaving their mark on buildings and other structures downtown St. John’s.
RNC officers arrested a 21-year-old and 32-year-old on the Pitts Memorial Overpass around 10:30 Tuesday night after chasing them down on foot. They have been charged with mischief.
The RNC has increased efforts to identify those responsible for leaving large volumes of graffiti across the northeast Avalon. They note that such damage comes at a significant cost to property owners.
