$100,000 Lotto Winner in Newfoundland and Labrador

There is a $100,000 lotto winner in Newfoundland and Labrador this morning. Atlantic Lotto does not give any indication of the place of origin. The win came on the tag portion of last night’s Lotto Max draw. The jackpot, $80-million, went to someone in British Columbia.
