The RNC says reinforcing the Constabulary’s connections in the community is the focus of National Police Week.

RNC Constable James Cadigan says they have a number of activities planned to highlight how police officers are a part of the community as a whole.

He says last year they had a couple of basketball games with local students. “We want to keep that human approach and recognize that we want our community to be safe, just like the rest of us.”
