Police are asking for help in their investigation into a fatal crash on Pitts Memorial Drive yesterday morning.
A 40-year-old man lost his life just before 9:00 near the Commonwealth Avenue access points when his motorcycle collided with a black car.

The victim, who was from Conception Bay South, was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
RNC are looking for any footage or information on the two vehicles from that day, no matter the location.

Constable James Cadigan is urging people with any information, no matter how seemingly unimportant, to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
“We’re looking for information and footage from the northeast Avalon, really, and vehicles moving on the highway, especially Pitts Memorial. We’re making sure we cover all angles. If you have cell phone, dash cam video, let us know,” says Cadigan.
