RCMP are investigating after someone took a spray paint cannister to the Pride crosswalk located across from Botwood Collegiate.
The crosswalk, painted in rainbow colours in support of the Pride community, was spray-painted with what appears to be a misspelled, and disturbing message.
The words ‘walk of sham,’ possibly meaning ‘walk of shame’ were spray painted on the crosswalk sometime between Wednesday evening and Thursday morning.
