RNC Charges Woman With Impaired Driving in Avalon Mall Crash

A woman has been charged with impaired after an accident on the parking lot of the Avalon Mall.

Her vehicle collided with another at about 5:00 p.m.

The RNC released the 23-year-old to appear later.
