A man who police found slumped over in his vehicle in St. John’s blew sky high on the breathalyzer.
RNC officers on patrol in the Blackmarsh Road area around 3:00 in the afternoon noticed the situation.
Breath tests determined that his blood alcohol level was 4 1/2 times the legal limit. The 44-year-old was released into the care of a family member with a future court date for drunk driving.
