A man has been arrested and charged after two people were assaulted in Corner Brook yesterday.
RNC were first called to reports of an assault in progress on Riverhead Road just before 9 p.m.
Officers found two people with minor injuries at the scene, and the suspect, a 37-year-old man, was located a short time later at a nearby home.
The man has been charged with two counts of assault, property damage, resisting arrest, and failing to comply with a release order. He was held for court.
