The province is reporting progress in the transition to the digital delivery of a range of government services.
Minister Sarah Stoodley says the MyGovNL platform now has 400,000 registered users, providing information including access to health records, resources to find child care and online registration for MCP and motor registration.
The updated version of MyGovNL will provide a new series of online services tailored to small businesses, entrepreneurs, organizations and industry players.
The provincial government’s main website is also being redesigned to make it easier to navigate and will include an AI chatbot feature designed to help people navigate government services more easily.
