A 51-year-old man has been charged after pandemonium broke loose at a home in the east end.
RNC were called to the disturbance around 8:00 yesterday morning where the man had lashed out at other people living there.
He was arrested and charged with assault, assault by choking and uttering threats.
The accused and the victims were known to each other.
