A 27-year-old man is facing a long list of serious charges, including counsel to commit suicide following a disturbance at a home in Clarenville on Wednesday.
Ashton Robert White was arrested by police on Wednesday after they were called to a report of a possible assault.
White had left the home by the time police arrived, but was then located and taken into custody.
A cabin in Princeton was searched on Friday as part of the ongoing investigation, and a number of firearms were seized.
White is facing nine weapons-related charges and ten additional criminal charges including assault by choking, three counts of assault, uttering threats, counsel to commit suicide, damage to property, and two counts of failing to comply with a release order.
More charges are possible.
