A 41-year-old man from Bishop’s Falls was charged with dangerous driving after being stopped for driving at what RCMP call “very dangerous speeds” on the Trans Canada.
Clarenville RCMP pulled the driver over after he was clocked at speeds of 174 km/h in a 100 km/h zone around 3:00 Tuesday morning.
The man’s licence was suspended and his vehicle was seized and impounded.
