The RNC pulled over a wreck in the east end of St. John’s yesterday afternoon that had been destined for the junkyard but instead found its way to the streets of metro.
Motor Registration had listed the car as “scrapped” but police stopped it around 3:00 and wrote out several tickets for the 34-year-old man who was behind the wheel.
The vehicle has been impounded.
