A 37-year-old man is without his car after using it to get away from police.
RNC officers flashed the lights on the man during the lunch hour yesterday, but the man refused to stop.
Police continued to scour the centre city looking for the man, only to find him trying to enter a nearby home.
The man was charged with flight from police and breach of a release order.
He was held for court.
