A man already facing a raft of charges is now accused of vandalizing a downtown business.
Twenty-eight-year-old Daniel Humby was charged this week following an incident two weeks ago that saw the interior of the business spray-painted with graffiti.
Humby was charged with mischief, assaulting a police officer, breach of probation and breach of a release order.
That’s in addition to similar charges he was already facing, plus an allegation of “willfully committing an indecent act in a public place.”
Humby’s next court appearance is scheduled for August 12.
