RCMP have confirmed that there has been an incident in Arnold’s Cove. It happened overnight and RCMP currently have the entrance to the town blocked off.
Cpl. Dave Bourden says he cannot give any specifics at this time, but assures that public safety is not in jeopardy.
Traffic is being detoured through the area.
Refinery Road and Main Road in Come by Chance are currently closed to traffic, so police are asking people to avoid the area if possible.
