Applications are now open for a government stipend for businesses affected by the fire in Conception Bay North.
The stipend offers one-time financial support to eligible small and medium-sized businesses affected by the evacuation order.
That includes communities directly affected by the fire, and others that had to be evacuated, but didn’t suffer losses.
Available funding includes $1,500 for businesses with up to nine employees and $2,500 for businesses with 10 to 99 employees.
